Pilates Mat w/ Yoga Stretch
A blend of powerful yoga postures and traditional pilates movements designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. Classes begin with flow (vinyasa) yoga postures designed to heat the body and improve muscle pliancy. You'll receive core strengthening exercises to improve posture, stretching of chronically tight muscles, balance, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation.

 Pilates Mat w/ Stretch
Mat-based pilates exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, strengthen under-used muscles and lengthen tight muscles. Relax your muscles and mind with muscle stretches at the end of class. We sometimes spice the class up with the rings, arc, and foam rollers. This class is a great workout for the body & calms the mind.

Roller
Roll out Muscle Tension and Feel better. We also work the core and show you exercises to feel taller. Learn how to use the roller at home to free yourself from chronic tension and muscle tightness. I believe everyone should have a roller at home and work to be able to help themselves when little aches and pains arise. Feel free to use our rollers or bring your own. We sell rollers at the studio and are happy to reserve one for your purchase.

Orbit 
Are you ready to tighten your abs and enjoy flowy stretches like no other? Join us for this very circular, very fun workout. Orbit offers an incredible abdominal & oblique workout, and works in angles that traditional abdominal exercises don't address You will feel it!
