Pilates Mat 
 11:00 - 11:55 AM EST
Lengthen & Strengthen the whole body with grace. Define the abs, arms, legs. Improve posture, balance, & flexibility.

Sculpt & Melt
w/ small props​
​8:00 - 8:55 AM EST
Matwork with props including Bands, small weights, foam rollers, tennis balls, & body weight. Yoga Stretch @ the end. Erin will provide options for the prop you have.

Wednesday​
​PIYO
​Standing Pilates (1/2)
Yoga (1/2)

 ​8:00 - 8:55 AM EST
For the first half of class, sculpt your legs & improve balance with Standing Pilates moves that are a blend of Ballet-inspired moves. For the second half of class, hold gentle yoga poses long enough to lengthen the muscles and relax the nervous system.

Thursday

Lengthen & Strengthen the whole body with grace. Define the abs, arms, legs. Improve posture, balance, & flexibility.

Friday 
Strong Yoga Flow 
​8:00 - 8:55 AM EST 
Enjoy a blend of powerful yoga postures and traditional pilates movements designed to strengthen & lengthen the body. 

Unlimited Monthly Remote Group Classes:
* $159/monthly unlimited group classes paid at the beginning of the month.
* $100 for half month if joining after the 15th of the month.
* Four (4) classes within a month are $67.
* Six (6) classes are $87.

Thank you for class today! It was just what I needed. I've been working a lot these past couple weeks and I am always surprised how out of balance and tight I get after a hectic work schedule. I liked the combination of barre and yoga, especially today :) I also love the soft flutes in the background as we stretched. Thank you also for the imagery you share with us during mediation. I'm sure you have heard how cold it is up here and sharing your imagery sure does help!

I have been wanting to thank you for your wonderful classes these past weeks.  You are a great teacher and always seem to have the right cues at the right time (a very difficult task in a virtual class would imagine!)  Your positivity and energy are a godsend while we are at home during these crazy times.  Exercise is key for my well being and I much prefer a live class over a pre-recorded class.   I love the strengthening and lengthening style of your teaching, I find myself more aware of my posture lately ;)  I really can’t thank you enough for giving me some structure to my days and keeping me moving!

​I have been getting stronger and feel so much better since I started your classes. My favorite is the sculpting class but I also really like the yoga class. My ankles used to feel so weak and I had trouble in daily tasks with them. With all the foot and leg exercises and stretches, I feel so much more stable and strong.
