Starting July '22 : 4 classes/week/4 weeks/month
* $159 /monthly unlimited group classes paid at the beginning of the month.
* Four (4) classes within a month are $67.
* Six (6) classes are $87.

Monday 11:00 am - 11:55 am EST Pilates: Lengthen & Strengthen the whole body with grace. Define the abs, arms, legs. Improve posture, balance, & flexibility.
Tuesdays 8:00 am - 8:55 am EST Sculpt & Stretch: Get strong with props including Bands, small weights, foam rollers, tennis balls, & body weight. Yoga Stretch @ the end. I will provide options for the prop you have.
Wednesdays 8:00 am - 8:55 am EST Yoga & Pilates Blend: Get strong, flexible, improve your posture, and strengthen your core with a yoga and pilates blend class.
Thursday 8:30 am - 9:25 am EST Pilates : Lengthen and strengthen the whole body with grace. Sculpt your arms, abs, legs, core, and back with attention to good form. Improve your posture, balance, and focus.
Friday 8:00 am- 8:55 am EST: Yoga: Enjoy improving flexibility, breathing, calming the mind, balance, and flow with yoga.
