Easy, Healthy Tamari Almond Recipe

Ingredients
Dry almonds
Tamari sauce (in the same aisle as soy sauce)
(optional: cayenne pepper)

 Pre-Heat oven 325 degrees
 Place almonds in glass baking pan
 Sprinkle tamari on almonds and mix until lightly coated. 
 Bake about 15 minutes, stirring several times during the bake cycle.
 Almonds should appear golden brown and dry when done.
