Quick and Easy Crustless Quiche

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup of cheese (any cheese will work)

1 cup of chopped fresh vegetables ( example mushrooms & broccoli)

salt, pepper & cayenne pepper to your taste

*if desired, you can pour into a crust before baking

Bake at 375 degrees for aprox 35 - 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean
