Private, Customized Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, & Meditation Training 


Remote Private Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness Sessions are my most popular services. Many clients like the convenience and time-saving option of working out at home. You can get a full workout with just a mat or small props like dynabands, foam rollers, pilates rings, small weight, arc, and orbit. Or let me help you order your own equipment including springboard, reformer, barrel, and/or a pilates chair. I'm an authorized Balanced Body pilates equipment representative and I'm happy to help you select your equipment to create your own sacred spa room.  ​


Private Pilates Equipment Session
Enjoy getting stronger and more flexible with Customized pilates session. You'll receive exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture, and bring your body back to balance, in a calm environment. Challenge yourself on your choice of studio equipment including: reformers, trapeze table/Cadillac, ladder barrel, springboard, split-pedal Wunda chair, arcs, orbit, and rollers.   

Pilates Mat Private Sessions 
Start getting stronger and feeling better with floor-based pilates exercises performed on the mat. Emphasis on posture-improving exercises, core, strengthening commonly weak muscles, and stretching commonly tight muscles. This is an ideal for students trying to maintain strength and flexibility with an at-home or travel exercise program. Helpful props include dynabands, pilates rings, foam rollers, hand weights, and a yoga mat. 

Private Yoga Session
Customized yoga session generally including postures, breathing, and meditation.

Need to release tension and tap into the healing potential of the body? Need to relax and destress? Enjoy the benefits of meditation as I lead you to a safe, grounding calm place that is always waiting for you.

I have been wanting to thank you for your wonderful classes these past weeks.  You are a great teacher and always seem to have the right cues at the right time (a very difficult task in a virtual class would imagine!)  Your positivity and energy are a godsend while we are at home during these crazy times.  Exercise is key for my well being and I much prefer a live class over a pre-recorded class.   I love the strengthening and lengthening style of your teaching, I find myself more aware of my posture lately ;)  I really can’t thank you enough for giving me some structure to my days and keeping me moving!
