Regardless of the service you choose, I am here to serve you. Any combination you create or need that day is what I offer. For example, many clients enjoy doing pilates or yoga for 45 minutes and then receiving thai yoga therapy for the last 15 minutes of stretching dessert. 
 
Private Pilates Session:  Customized pilates session on the mat or equipment. You'll receive exercises to strengthen your core, improve posture, and bring your body back to balance. Current studio equipment includes:  reformers, trapeze table/Cadillac, ladder barrel, springboard, split-pedal wunda chair, arcs, orbitz, and rollers.
 
Private Yoga Session:  Customized yoga session generally including postures, breathing, and meditation.
 
Semi-Private Pilates Mat & Yoga Sessions:  Have fun with others, increase your accountability to make time for you, and decrease your cost with a semi-private session.
 
Pilates Mat Class: Classic pilates exercises performed on the mat. Emphasis on posture-improving exercises, core, strengthening commonly weak muscles, and stretching commonly tight muscles. Muscles worked include: abs, obliques, back, inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, arms.
 
Power Yoga/Pilates Core Class: Flow Yoga using Sun Salutations throughout the class to keep your body and muscles pliant. Emphasis on strengthening, core work, lengthening, balance, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation.
 
Thai Yoga Therapy:  This ancient tradition combines passive stretching and massage, leaving your body and mind relaxed and renewed.
 
Reflexology:  Enjoy foot massage with a special focus on reflexes meant to relax tired feet and calm the mind.
 
Bike Clinics: Learn Basic shifting, braking, and obstacle negotiation on road or mountain bike.

Session options: Most sessions are just under an hour.
 
24-hour cancellation policy. Canceling fewer than 24 hours in advance of appointment will result in full charge of service. Monday appointment must be cancelled by 5:00 pm on the prior Friday to avoid full charge of service. 
 
Pilates Training Workshops:
Erin is an authorized Education Provider through Balanced Body, the biggest and best Pilates Company in the World. 
Interested students can sign up for various 16- to 18-hour modules, working at their own pace to earn enough training, observation, and student teaching to earn certification through Balanced Body
Perfect for those wishing to teach pilates, fitness professionals wishing to expand their exercise repetoir (ACE-approved CEC's), and those wishing to deepen their own practice.

Instructors-in-training are available for private mat and equipment sessions at a reduced rate as part of their curriculum for Balanced Body. Empower is a host-site, education provider for Balanced Body.

St pete Retreat is within walking distance to healthy restaurants and groceries, the bay, art, and the famous car-free Pinnelas Trail for biking and walking. Strengthen your body with regular pilates/yoga classes with Erin (mats already at the retreat so no need to pack your own.) Nourish your body with healthy foods and sunshine. For your convenience, we'll have a refrigerator full of healthy foods and good coffee (and the grinder!) upon your arrival.
