Regardless of the service you choose, I am here to serve you. Any combination you create or need that day is what I offer. For example, many clients enjoy doing pilates or yoga for 45 minutes and then receiving thai yoga massage for the last 15 minutes of session dessert.  
 
Private Pilates Session:  Customized pilates session on the mat or equipment. Depending on your needs, I tend to focus on core strengthening, improving posture, and bringing the body back to balance. Current studio equipment includes: studio reformer, springboard, and a split-pedal wunda chair.
 
Private Yoga Session:  Customized yoga session generally including postures, breathing, and meditaion.
 
Semi-Private Pilates Mat & Yoga Sessions:  You choose your session partners or ask me if anyone else has requested sharing an appointment. Have fun with others, increase your accountability to make time for you, and decrease your cost with a semi-private session.
 
Pilates Mat Class: Classic pilates exercises performed on the mat. Emphasis on posture-improving exercises, core, strengthening commonly weak muscles, and stretching commonly tight muscles. Muscles worked include: abs, obliques, back, inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, arms.
 
Power Yoga/Pilates Core Class: Flow Yoga using Sun Salutations throughout the class to keep the body and the muscles pliant. Emphasis on strengthening, core work, lengthening, balance, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation.
 
Thai Yoga Massage:  This ancient tradition combines passive stretching and massage, leaving your body and mind relaxed and renewed.
 
Reflexology:  Enjoy foot massage with a special focus on reflexes meant to relax tired feet and calm the mind.
 
Bike Clinics: Learn Basic shifting, braking, and obstacle negotiation on road or mountain bike.
